At City Grounds, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all new and unassembled products. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help you get back on the road with the right equipment.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your bike or components and place them back in their original packaging, ensuring all protective padding is securely in place.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of the box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
